- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
- Estimated delivery time: 3β7 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
- Tracking information may take up to 24β48 hours to update after shipment.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Fashware is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for the reshipping fee.
Damaged or Lost Packages

- For lost or missing packages, we will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
