Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • Certain items such as personalized/customized products or items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
