General Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cityjersey.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at support@cityjersey.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Custom Jerseys (Personalized Products)

  • All sales are final for custom jerseys with personalized names, numbers, or designs.
  • Custom jerseys are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by Fashware.
  • Please carefully review your customization details before completing your order, as we cannot make changes once production begins.
